Daily Duties at Gentoo Linux:
Create vision and direction for several subprojects. Create teams to realise vision, by reorganising exisiting teams, hiring & training new recruits. Co-ordinated across teams to achieve stated goals. Acted as glue for the development and user communities, by keeping communication lines open in both direction. Promoted and evangelised open source and Gentoo throughout the web and in corporate enterprise scenarios. Created the Developer Relations project as an official structured entity to enhance community relationships.
