Forecast and analyze staff planning and productive for feedback to CNE, CEO and COO. Assist with external recruitment of Nurse’s, including targeted salaried managers as necessary. Work with Hospital HR Manager and Chief Nurse Executive to investigate and coordinate the handling of Nurse’s issues and concerns.
