Daily Duties at Dinero's:

• Train and supervise employees and their cash flow. Preparing and processing all employee hours and distribution of weekly payroll checks, resolving any and all payroll issues and handling all calls in reference to employees health care benefits. • Responsible for all Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable. • Solely created, edited and posted all invoices. Balancing of daily sales reports, credit card reconciliation, cash disbursements and computing final figures. Preparing and documenting daily deposits. Checking detail payment listing when vendors call with payment problems. Keeping a functional file system for each period, cash management and daily purchase records.
