Daily Duties at Sgt, Inc:

• Solely responsible for vouchers arriving from NASA/Ohio Research Center. Process all payables up to 300 invoices a weekly. Research invoices and coordinate timely payments, apply organizational accounting controls. • Review and verify staff Travel Expense Reports and Check Requests. Reconcile monthly credit card bill. Verify, code and mail all vendor and employee checks weekly. Maintain a functional vendor filing system. Handle all vendor and/or employee check inquiries. Set up new vendors. • Assist in the Payroll Department with data entry and check verification and distribution
