Daily Duties at Texas Culinary Academy:

• Applies knowledge of Financial Aid, Title IV Funding as well as institutional, state and Federal financial aid programs necessary to perform the job to Tuition Planner. • Administers a high level of customer service by creating personally tailored tuition plans specific to the needs of both originally enrolled and cancelled students. • Coordinates tuition planning efforts with the Admissions Representative and the Enrollment Coordinator via the Stitch In process. • Maintains contact with students and parents throughout the tuition planning process utilizing many different mediums to include telephone, e-mail, and written correspondence.
