Customer service, appointment setting, answering phones, filing, collecting co-pays and entering into point of sale system, updating and entering patient insurance and registration information, locating charts for same day and future appointments, taking electronic messages for nurses and doctors, I was in charge of keeping an updated list of OB patient delivery dates, typing up of office memos, calendars etc...Electronic Health Record Trainer- training others in the organization to use and understand Electronic Health Records, ICD9 coding and CPT level of service billing, verifying patient encounter routes for correct information
