• Account management which includes: inventory and project management, shipping, scheduling, submitting estimates, component approvals, new customer set-up, payment issues and order entry • Audit invoices, quotes, estimates, sales orders and purchase orders for accuracy • Negotiate and resolve issues, communicate account information and write all correspondence between customer, manufacturing, and sales
