Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

•Treasury Management Accounting – manage funding transactions for card services to ensure cash efficiency •Calculate settlement - Per contractual obligations, compile data to calculate revenue sharing compensation for the bank’s affinity business partners •Calculate an accrual and process redemption settlement for multiple Reward Programs •Complex general ledger reconciliations •Review and validation of department’s procedures •Subject matter expert on FedLine Advantage and BA Direct for processing ACH. Owns the process for the team. •Identified internal control gaps that minimized business risk •Led transition team efforts for a unit which moved from San Francisco to Phoenix •Supervised a team of 10 associates, coordinated workflow, organized and led bi-monthly team meetings and prepared monthly report of aged out of policy items •Subject matter expert on Recon Plus system and liaison to Operations Support for the team
