Daily Duties at Harley Davidson Financial Services:

Preparing insurance applications and submissions and Reviewing policies, bills and other related insurance documents. Providing technical insurance expertise in negotiating terms and conditions in the Company’s insurance policies, lease agreements and other legal documents. Compiling all underwriting information for policy renewals and new lines of insurance Assist in all insurance related payments, on existing and renewal policies. Examining all insurance policies to ensure they conform to the negotiated terms and conditions. Always looking for opportunities to expand coverage via new, improved policy forms or negotiate to minimize or delete “exclusions.” Setting up all premium payments for monthly ACH transfer and reconcile payments to policy. Reviewing all policy endorsements to ensure propriety. Accumulating all pertinent renewal information (loss history etc) and work with our insurance carriers to ensure that the customer needs and expectations are satisfied. Working with the team leaders and our insurance carriers in performing due diligence and evaluating new insurance coverage’s, products and services.
