• Conducted in-depth legal research and analysis on complex legal matters covering insurance, business, probate and property law. • Represented clients in various jurisdictions and courts of litigation as determined by the nature of the cases • Legally advised and counseled corporate and individual clients on their matters. • Drafted and interpreted pleadings, instruments, briefs, appeals, motions and many other legal documents. • Executed Notarial work as well as real property transfers while also overseeing work by Abstractors and Title Examiners.
