• Managing risk through monitoring and maintaining the risk register, coordinating and implementing regulatory policies across the Remittance Processing department of the bank. • Developing, monitoring and enforcing compliance policies and procedures as documented • Managing internal audits, processes and controls to ensure compliance. • Evaluating internal controls and processes through periodical tests. • Developing and managing SEC reporting and Regulation AB to maintain compliance • Dealing with external auditors on scope, timing and coordination of audits, as well as preparing reports for the audit committee. • Monitoring departmental goals’ alignment to corporate objectives and coordinating with the Project Management Office in encountering identified challenges • Working with IT Department on SOX related tasks to do with HIPAA, COBIT and HIPAA.
