Daily Duties at Litton Loan Servicing:

Customer Service Specialist / Administrative Assistant Provided daily administrative assistance and support to: Senior Management, Switchboard Operator, Customer Service Supervisor, and 30 Call Center Representatives, assisting customers within a call center environment consulting borrowers with their mortgages. Extensive research on loans, for disputed items requested from borrowers by written request. Certified to respond to Presidential complaints, amortize mortgage loans, documentation retrieval, processing of misapplied funds, processing Verification of Mortgages based on credit reporting, maintain, update, and correct mortgage information. Responsible for assuring and determining that all written RESPA correspondence are distribute to departments and processed daily by adhering to RESPA guidelines. Process fee assessments and request for Customer Service, by completing received request, asset department fees, and reconciling Cash Management accounting reports by month end. Responsible daily for processing escrow reports by analyzing escrow accounts and adjusting mortgage payments. Provide and assist various departments with computer troubleshooting and computer technology assistance, maintain department fax machines, copiers, and ordering department supplies. Achieved set goal by modifying, reviewing, and the submission, of policies and procedures, for the Customer Service Department within the allotted time given.
