Responsible for updating computer information on a mortgage based information system to prepare loans for servicing. Assist Title Companies with balancing Settlement Statements after closing. Extensive research of Surveys, Mortgage Title Commitments, and Loan Term - Amortization, Adjustable Rates and Balloon payments.
