Daily Duties at Countrywide:

Sr. Loan Specialist - Closer: Responsible for the daily processing and the distribution of workflow reports. Accomplished weekly quotas by conducting workflow meetings with Processors and Loan Officers. Establish a high level of satisfaction by working in diverse workstations, to maintain production flow at high quality standards. Maintained an efficient work - flow by monitoring all Processors and Loan Officers by assisting closers in processing loans and correcting processing errors prior to releasing documents to Title Companies for closings. Perform in a high passed work environment where timeliness and accuracy are of the essence. Strong background in reviewing and analyzing loan document for accuracy including Settlement Statements. Specialized knowledge of the Mortgage Lending process, including underwriting, “A”, Alt A and sub prime products. Maintained daily reports, pipeline and that all files were underwritten, closed, funded and shipped accurately and within required time frames.
