Daily Duties at Tengointernet:

Engineer, Install, Program, Test and Troubleshoot Wireless Internet Systems for RV Parks and Hotels around the Nation. Customer repoire and the Company's image was a key role in my everyday duties to include educating Local Managers and customers with our systems operations and functionality. Coordination of local managers, local service providers, equipment rental companies and equipment vendors was necessary to insure timeliness of installations. Completed weekly, monthly and with any site visit or survey at a site, were working documents, commission reports, timesheets, expenditure documents and necessary photo's. • Engineer site specific systems to best suit customers needs without exceeding specific budget requirements for individual system or multiple contracts • Install all necessary equipment starting at with local ISP carrier equipment to individual wireless adapter cards if applicable. Equipment installed included, but is not limited to; Modems, Routers, Access controllers, Access Points(2.4 & 5.8) Bridge link Device, Automatic Cycling Device, UPS, Rohn Tower up to 60', 30' Ring Mast Tower, Injector, Amplifier, coax cabling and antennas • Test and troubleshoot local ISP's for speed and reliability and run system checks for integrity status, speed, interference and stress. Created propagation maps with signal strengths and making appropriate channel rotations or amendments to original design for best possible service
