Daily Duties at Anheuser Busch, Inc.:
? Regulate the safe, timely and cost-effective execution of maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment working with planners, technicians and customers. ? Supervise production workforce (brewers and maintenance technicians). ? Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance work. ? Develop and monitor critical control points, beer movement and production plans to ensure product consistency and quality as well as accomplish current and future schedules. ? Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safe working practices, department policies and maintain records. ? Regulate incoming hops (beer additive) and manage hop recipes for 25 different brands on a daily basis.
