Daily Duties at Anheuser Busch, Inc.:
? Experienced with the various analytical instruments involved with in-process testing of beer such as Gas Chromatograph, HPLC, Corning pH, Conductivity meter, Anton Paar Alcolyzer and Densitometer, Refractometer, Spectrophotometer, and Scaba. ? As the leader of the Brewing Utilities core-team, conducted bi-monthly meetings to discuss safety, process improvement projects, gauge capabilities, and assigned individual assignments with deadlines. ? Periodically reviewed Process Performance Analysis values and monitored control charts for various product elements such as pH and sodium. ? Assisted the QA manager with the tracking of erroneous data in the Brewing Process Analysis database. ? Organized and implemented corrective actions as a follow-up to the corporate QA audit. ? Created and improvised several worksheets to better organize maintenance and shift-end logs pertaining to the several workstations in the lab. ? Worked with corporate project engineers during the introduction of new products to the Baldwinsville brewery to determine the accurate blending proportions necessary to produce various alcohol levels.
