Daily Duties at At&T Transtech:

Business Implementation Consultant & Call Center Manager Account managed the $4 million revenue base for one of the larger Health and Welfare outsource customers: Bristol-Myers Squibb. Accountable for the ongoing administration and management of customer relationships to ensure policy and contractual agreements were fulfilled as well as ensuring customer and client satisfaction. Simultaneously managed multiple complex projects through life-cycle. Had primary responsible for revenue budget, outlooks, invoice and collection on multi-million dollar account. Headed all up-sale opportunities and Insurance and Human Resource automation project implementation. Managed staff of (15) technical managers and (40) consultants responsible life cycle implementations for the Direct Marketing Services division of AT&T.
