Daily Duties at Iex Corporation:
Technical Education Manager Specialized in Service node telephony products with GUI interface client/server application curriculums for: Interactive Voice Response, CTI, SS7 signaling, Switching platforms (SSPs), and Signaling Databases (SCPs). Areas of responsibilities: Long term planning for training methodologies, development of course curriculums and training documents, interfaced with the customers and project implementation team to determine customized training requirements, and conducted technical training programs. The customer base consists of local and long distance carriers such as: MCI, PacBell, Bell Atlantic, LDS, Intervoice-Brite IVRs, TELx and tier-2 &3 long distance carriers.
