Daily Duties at Nextel:
Senior IT Manager/ Sales Engineer Consultative role for call center operational and process support for the USA southern region for Wireless (Cellular) technology. Liaison for the Sales, Marketing and Call Center management with the Information Systems group to ensure departmental strategies aligned with technological infrastructure. Evaluated new products under consideration to assist with revenue expenditure decisions, completed Request for Proposals, and developed business requirements. Responsible for assisting the internal clients: Sales, Marketing and Call Center staff effectively and efficiently utilized Vantive, Unix, GUI, Billing and Oracle systems. Identified and formulated system improvements that ensured business processes were productive.
