Daily Duties at Sprint Pcs:
Sr. Project Manager Managed and supported new and enhanced product implementations for the Sprint PCS cellular lines which included data messaging and web-based functionality for the SMS message notification, shortmail messaging, web alerts, and email products. Lifecycle implementation utilizing the Sprint ITPF Project Framework, which includes initial blueprints for proposals, requirements and matrix managing a project team through product installation/startup. Provided technology infrastructure support for: SMS, SMPP, SS7, API, HTTP, TCIP and SMSC gateways. Served as the customer liaison for Data Networks, Product Development, Web Portals, Customer Service and Billing Applications within the IT division. Matrix management and leveraged resources that included developers, network specialists, billing specialists, web administration group, marketing, clients & external vendors and distributors to accomplish strategic objectives of the division.
