Daily Duties at Del Consulting & Clientor Group:

Regional Manager - Sales and Training Primary focus is market expansion and marketing initiatives in the northern California area. Hire, manage and mentor a team of lending associates & sales agents who are responsible for providing financing needs to clients. Familiarity with loan origination, obtaining credit documentation, analyzing credit worthiness of accounts and loan comparisons. Knowledge of the local real estate community and working knowledge of loan qualification principles and practices. Consult with clients on training needs to do curriculum development. Oversee the creation of live, web portal and video training modules: Specialize in residential, construction, commercial lending, time management and production management training. Serve as facilitator/trainer at local colleges and adult education centers: Learning Exchange, Sierra College, Solano College, Yuba City College.
