Daily Duties at Semperian / Gmac:
Manage, monitor, train and supervise data entry and customer service teams with up to 25 associates. Provided direction and mentoring required in assisting customers, dealerships and various state motor vehicle divisions in processing, correcting and securing motor vehicle titles. Accurately maintain customer information in EDSNET and CARS system, as well as make changes when necessary. Conducted heavy research. Co-coordinated department functions to include release of paid in full documents (contracts, titles, etc), customer relocation issues, name changes, recording of liens, and title corrections.
