Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:

Provide stellar customer service with first call resolution. Act as a back-up for Account Liaison in the SPOC Que. Communicate effectively to resolve customer concerns by having expert knowledge of Verizon Wireless products and services. Perform tier one troubleshooting for Data, PDA and mobile devices. Instruct customers in programming devices and updating roaming capabilities. Maintain extensive experience in multiple billing systems (Vision, I2k and NetAce). Assist with conference call with the simulators and emulators. Provide feedback for Methods and Procedures’.
