Daily Duties at Embarq:
Manage team of individuals that are migrating one of our major systems out to a newer system. Represent our department in meetings with corporate about changes made with respect to the migration. Work with cororate marketing employees to discuss and decide on new product offerings related to the new system. Train other centers on the new system. Designated Subject Matter Expert on the new system.
