Daily Duties at At&T:
Answer all repair calls coming into call center for five state region of SBC. Knowledge of telephony and how to maintain and /or repair various circuits. Duties involve routing and control of all repair duties on leased circuits. These circuits can include POTS, xDSL, ISDN and broadband. Following the repair process and escalating as needed. Maintain accurate records of each call and the process used to repair. Additional duties include projects helping management create and maintain or update reports and repairing minor computer issues within building.
