Daily Duties at Pizza Hut Inc:
Responsible for profitable operation of corporate RBD Pizza Hut restaurants in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Accountabilities included labor management, food cost controls, and QSC. Accurate record keeping of pertinent files for delivery drivers was a must. During the later years in my tenure, I was utilized as an aid to the area manager in a mentoring and troubleshooting capacity in food cost and accounting issues within the POS systems. I was certified in “Train the Trainer” and ran the classroom training aspect of certification of entry- level management. This included corporate generated training modules, with one session devoted to local options. In addition to this, I, at times, was overseeing the operation of 2 RBD restaurants. Ending Salary $30,000 annually, plus bonus.
