Daily Duties at Upmc Health Plan:

DATABASE/SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Health Plan, Pittsburgh, PA. Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Health Plan’s Onyx Customer Relationship Management system used by the Sales, Marketing and Operations areas of the Health Plan. Responsibilities included SQL Server database administration, database design, ASP and JavaScript development, technical documentation, project management including management of external vendors and consultants, testing and implementation of system enhancements/modifications, management of system maintenance, management of system backup/disaster recovery planning and reporting to senior management on project and system status.
