•Assisted Loss Prevention Supervisor with investigations leading to the theft admissions of employees as well as the apprehension of shoplifters •Review of Electronic Journals and CCTV to identify internal theft •Assisted in the training of new employees on shrink awareness •Responsible for balancing cash reports and investigating all paperwork •Trained on all store systems and management functions
