Daily Duties at Citizens Bank:
Overall responsibility for daily operations, including management of tellers, and customer service staff.. Provided leadership in partnership with Branch Manager, including staffing decisions, reviewing and counseling of staff members. Scheduled staff members to ensure adequate coverage. Monitored and coached staff toward achievement of established sales, customer service, and operational goals, responded to complex customer questions/complaints, kept branch in compliance with all state, federal, and bank policies/procedures, prepared branch for auditing, opened/closed branch as scheduled.
