Answer phones and identify customer problem, troubleshoot and repair DUN, wireless radios, routers and workstations over the phone; troubleshoot and repair workstations, servers, printers, or network issues on an as-needed basis; keep ticket database updated for trouble calls; help new users set up DUN or home networks
