Daily Duties at True Position:
• Profit and Loss responsibility for approximately $300 million. • Responsible for supervision, management, mentoring, training and performance reviews for a staff of 25 people. • Directly responsible for fiscal management and ultimate profitability for well over 500 Cingular Wireless E911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) deployment projects including the AWS (AT&T) Integration efforts. • Development and management of all Program Tools and Metrics including Earned Value Metrics, Variance Analysis Reports, Material Forecasting, Cost Model Tools, and Project/Timeline Tools including Primavera and Microsoft Project. • Provide status updates and actively participate in TruePosition Senior Executive Management weekly meetings on corporate profitability and various client action item resolutions. • Continued achievement of 100% customer milestones on time, $0 liquidated damages, 98% budgets at plan (98% of projects achieved planned 20% margin while 2% are at 10% margin).
