Daily Duties at Umc, Inc.:
Assisted with planning and scheduling appointments for the Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, three Boards of Directors and conference room. Responsible for all correspondence with the Boards of Directors and appropriate committees of the Boards, including meeting notices and meeting minutes. Acted as custodian of corporate documents and records. Responsible for confidential filing and typing of all budgets, financial reports, matters pertaining to personnel, and other records. Composed and/or typed all correspondence, memos, reports, etc. for the Executive Director, Associate Executor Director and Boards of Directors. Responsible for picking up, reading, and distribution of all incoming mail. Provided secretarial service for other departments. Maintained confidentiality relative to all Boards of Directors, agency, client and patient matters. Screened all phone calls to Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, and took messages as required. Took dictation in shorthand and transcribed notes on typewriter or computer, and transcribed from voice recordings. Purchased supplies. Published weekly staff letter and journals for fund raisers. Ad layouts for classified section of newspapers. Reviewed clerical and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
