*Proficient usage of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, photocopy machines, fax machines, adding machines and the Internet *Maintain manager schedules *Prepare and process correspondence independently *Process incoming mail *Prepare projects and reports using Ad Hoc report system, charts and graphs *Maintain arbitration records and prepare monthly reports *Process and maintain employee absence reports and coordinate and maintain vacation schedules *Supervise No-Fault clericals and legal secretaries *Maintain and order office supplies *Oversee office equipment orders and repairs *Attend monthly meetings, prepare agendas and minutes *Scheduling and coordination of meetings *Processing Insurance Department Complaints *Handle staff vehicle and travel arrangements *Prepare and coordinate unit training schedules *Process Agent Support and Errors and Omissions Claims *Oversee assignments and supervise temporary employees within the unit *Route memos, mail and periodicals/maintain legal law library
