*Expert knowledge and usage of Regulation 68, Regulation 65, Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedule, ICD9 coding *Investigate and process of No-Fault claims *Conduct recorded statements *Make use of all available resources in the furtherance of appropriate file Handling *Medically manage files incorporating usage of IMEs, peer reviews and rehabilitation *Identify and address coverage issues *Familiarity with and application of possible fraud issues *Work with SIU regarding ongoing investigations *Address No-Fault billings within the parameters of Regulation 68 and the WC Fee Schedule *Maintain diary system *Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft Excel *Train and assist in-house adjusters and new hires *Assist manager upon request *Acting manager during manager absences supervising 8 adjusters, making coverage decisions, responding to Insurance Department Complaints, compiling reports and addressing disciplinary issues decisions *Compose correspondence independently *Prepare files for management conferences *Maintain and update file reserves *Monitor and handle incoming telephone system and mail *Provide appropriate customer service and resolution of issues *Calculate and process wage payments *Independently prepare and conduct presentations *Prepare files for arbitration and litigation *Expert use and knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word & Excel *Train incoming adjusters *Initially establish file reserves and monitor adjustments within unit
