Daily Duties at Freedman Food Service:

Customer Service Representative • Call customers daily, receive/input orders and try to sell new products. Working with National accounts. Scheduling truck drop-offs/pick-ups. Calculating freight charges check/counting inventory status. Accounts receivable (making sure invoices are not past due, credits are taken properly and debits are paid back). Get check information for past due invoices, write up credit/debit memos, heavy data entry, make travel arrangements, checking phone messages and returning calls to customers. Relieving receptionist for breaks/lunches, make spreadsheets and run reports, fill in for personnel that are absent, work close with sales person.
