Daily Duties at Kohls:
Cash Office Personnel/Customer Service Desk • Balance registers, count drawers, count safe, locate overages/shortage, deposit/order money, advancing money to registers and encoding checks. Greet customers, returns, price adjustments and sales, looking up products with no tags and calling other stores for customers. Sales Associate • Greet customers, help customer locate items, call other stores for the customer, clean out fitting rooms, keep clothing racks clean, restock shelves/racks, put new products out, help out in other departments, work on cash register, look up prices for customer, check them out, opening up new credit card accounts.
