Daily Duties at Grand Homes:
• Keep daily inspections current, create new schedules daily, new files, new reports, heavy data entry, pulling foundations, ordering supplies, auditing folders, modify Builder Variance Report Card, answer inspection questions from builders, production managers and division managers, keep track of QA checks, deal with problem files.• Answer phones, meet/greet customers and vendors, handle problem calls, open/sort mail daily, distribute faxes, keep phone logs current, hand out sub-contractors payroll, call in courier requests, help out in other departments, help with group interview sessions, create spreadsheets, filing and ordering supplies.
