PC Analyst II - I was responsible for installing new PCs, printers, other devices and software for the hospital. This included testing and researching software prior to installation, imaging PCs, inventory maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution. The hospital deployed several models of IBM desktops and Dell laptops along with HP printers and print servers throughout the organization.
