Daily Duties at Volt Information Sciences, Inc.:
Establish a new program for the global movement of staff, provide manager and executive training on immigration and hiring or obtaining work authorization for non-citizen workers in the US as well as globally. Personally reviewed all immigration documentation and applications, personally established a close working relationship with US and foreign governments officials, evaluated foreign degrees, provided guidance through verbal and written communication, wrote a corporate wide published training manual, as well as met with US and foreign government officials on immigration issues. Co-authored an interective software program designed for tracking the immigration process and costs as wwell as enabling a portion of the software program accessable by the applicants Trained and supervised a staff comprised of paralegals and adminitive assistants in several US cities. Directed the program with a two million dollar budget successfully for four years.
