•?Maintained client’s accounts by setting up payments to creditors in mutually agreed upon increments until balances were paid in full; •?Followed up with clients regarding delinquent payments; •?Posted payments noted and documented all communication with clients; •?Distributed mail, prepared bulk mailings, compiled, documented, tracked and filed documents and correspondence; •Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. •?Maintained various types of confidential records and files; •Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and accessibility to the managers and employees;.
