Daily Duties at Professional Carpet Service:
Assist in job bidding on government/private contractors contract. Estimate, price, compose, edit, price potential jobs from physical meaurements or blueprint. Compose, edit, and type bids in response to Request for Proposals and other offers. Price job costs to pay mechanics and prepare invoices to bill government agencies and contractors. Oversee weekly payroll processing and tax filing. Responsible for timely payments of accounts receivable and payable. Process checks, credit card payments, balance checkbook and financial statement. Fax invoices and contract related documents to government and contractors. Responsible for tenants billing and payments.
