Daily Duties at Help Project Samaritian:

Data entry and entry review (Intakes, case closures, status changes, etc..) in URS system, payroll , type correspondence, Receptionist duties, verify medical coverage through emves and MAP, Translator (Spanish/English), maintain office to standard level, assist Vice President & Site Directors, perform related duties and unrelated duties as assigned by Vice President & Site Directors, complete & process MAP enrollments, disenrollments and transfers, screen candidates for employment, maintain employee records, greet clients, petty cash and transportation distribution, provide client information in accordance with HIPPA Laws, post employment vacancies, track staff daily attendance, revise billing before submission
