Prosecuted slum landlords and large property owners for violations of building and housing code. Laid the groundwork for a plan to renovate a long-neglected 150-year-old cemetery. Developed policies and procedures, constructed permit process, and drafted city ordinances to govern commercial film- making within the city. Supervised legal interns
