Daily Duties at The Performing Arts Center, Purchase College:
o Development Associate for The Performing Arts Center o Manage and Maintain development database, including reconciliation and donation entry, suggests Tessitura Protocol, run reports and lists o Annual Campaign Management, tracks progress of the Campaign, executes quarterly mailings, coordinate mail house details, analysis of the campaign, generate correspondence and materials needed o Coordinate all development events: reserving space, caterers, all inventory and supply needs, house needs, student staffing, and event ticketing o Supervise students, interns, and volunteers that provide help to the Development Office o Help with administrative tasks including tracking budget, paying bills, organization of archives, inventory of donated and bartered archives
