Daily Duties at Capmark:
Support more than 125 local clients in the Chicago branch as well as three other regional branches in the Midwest. Assist in network support duties such as data backup and restoration, disaster recovery planning and practice, account creation and maintenance, rollouts of critical software updates and upgrades via remote management tools. Provide expert technical support of PC's, laptops, printers, and Blackberry and Blackberry server devices. � Excel at handling and prioritizing several support issues in real time. � Interact with customers at every level of the organization. � Manage data backups for the entire Midwest region. � Perform account creation and security administration via Active Directory. � Coordinate critical data recovery and educate customers on proper data storage. � Take the lead on several software upgrade projects in the Midwest region.
