Daily Duties at Ricoh Americas:
- Responsible for product design and feedback for the Ricoh 500SE Digital Imaging solution and associated software solutions - Manage relationships with the Ricoh reseller and developer channel, providing the resources and sales tools necessary for successful sales, training and technical support - Provide technical support to clients and partners for the Ricoh ProG3 and 500SE product and software solutions - Test and perform quality control on Ricoh’s Digital Imaging products and software - Participate in the full release of the 500SE digital camera by creating content for press releases, case studies, and marketing materials - Develop a trade show plan to promote the 500SE product and participate in planned conferences - Present Ricoh products and solutions at seminars and sales meetings - Conduct pre-sales meetings and consult with potential clients to determine the optimal business process workflow utilizing Ricoh’s Imaging solutions - Provide Ricoh partners with sales opportunities, leads, and ready to purchase clientele
