Daily Duties at Micron Technology:
Provide full lifecycle desktop and laptop computer support as a member of the Field Services team. Perform computer hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades. Networked and local printer configuration, installation, server set-up, repairs, and alert notification management. Manage SecurID pool, assigning, configuring, and distributing SecurID devices to employees to facilitate remote access to Micron’s computer resources. Maintenance of department intraweb site. Create and maintain user accounts and groups. Activate and configure network Terminal Outlets.
