Coordinated all scheduling, building audit, and security, as well as conducted regularly scheduled meetings with tenants and building management and service contractors; coordinated building maintenance support, provided oversight of housekeeping, processed all purchase orders. Assisted in the oversight of petty cash, handled facilities and equipment scheduling. Maintained filing system. Held confidential and discretionary discussions with the Director concerning conflicts and problem solving associated with complex decision making involving the scheduling and coordination of all Urban Center programs and activities. Also, served as liaison with students, program directors, department heads, faculty, and agencies that utilized Urban Center facilities.
