Daily Duties at Real Estate Iii:

Provided human resource, supervisory and administrative support and managed branch of 50+ agents and supervised 1-2 support staff members. Served as office generalist to answer staff inquiries and interpret office policy and procedures. Assisted with employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, compensation, employee relations. Ensured postings and forms were up to date with current laws and regulations. Prepared and maintained employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Processed all state license documentation and payments. Maintained strict confidentiality to process employee data including workers comp, FMLA, I-9, W-4, W-2, terminations, transfers, status changes, sick leave, payroll, and vacation. Prepared orientation packets for new hires and welcome packets for prospective clients. Controlled assigned budget, bookkeeping, purchasing and payroll duties. Entered and updated real estate transactions, compensation and employee information into HRIS system. Coordinated branch meetings and events. Used various personal computer software packages to create spreadsheets, word processing, flyers and brochures, reports and presentations and ads for advertising. Delivered exceptional customer service to agents and clients. Demonstrated ability to prepare material and present to small, medium and large groups. Performed troubleshooting for computers, ran backups and installed basic computer programs.
